When will my order ship?
Orders usually will ship within 1 week.

What is the cost?
Item prices are clearly displayed below each item in the Boxbugz store. In addition, you will be charged for shipping and handling where applicable. For orders shipped to Texas, United States there is 8.25% sales tax charged. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars.
Orders from countries other than the United States will be charged applicable duties and taxes.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box or an APO/FPO military address?
Orders shipping within the United States can be shipped to a PO Box. Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses. Orders shipping outside of the United States can be addressed to a physical street address or P.O. Box in care of the purchaser.

How will my order be shipped?

At this time orders are shipped via USPS standard mail
NOTE: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not ship until Monday.

Return & Exchange Policy
Whom do I contact regarding a return or exchange?
Please contact us at Charlie@boxbugz.com within 60 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email or within 90 days of your original order. Please reference your order number in your e-mail. In the unlikely event, you are unsatisfied with your bOx Store purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund of the original product cost only, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. To return a purchase, please contact us at charlie@boxbugz.com for return authorization and instructions. At the present time, we are only able to respond to emails written in English.
